McComb resident Ted D. Rader age 63 died unexpectedly Monday January 1, 2007 2:30 a.m. at the Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born March 6, 1943 in Cleveland, OH to Harold W. and Ida M. (Shaffer) Rader. His mother survives in McComb. On February 5, 1988 he married Diana K. Tribble and she survives in McComb. There are 3 stepchildren Mark, Todd, and Kristy; and a step grandchild. Also suriving is a brother Jack (Sue Ann) Rader of Garrison,KY. He was preceded in death by a brother Jerry Rader, and a sister Barbara Mapes.
Mr. Rader was a construction manager for Time-Warner Cable . He was a US Army veteran having served from 1964- 1970. He was a member of the Findlay Amvets, Findlay Moose Lodge #698, Ottawa Eagles, Life Member of the McComb VFW Post 9231, Life Member of the Findlay D.A.V; Member of the McComb American Legion Post 511 and the 40/8 of the Legion.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 3, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at the HARTLEY FUNERAL HOME in McComb. At the request of the family the funeral service will be private. The burial will be in McComb Union Cemetery.
